Today's hummus ingredients are:
- 1 can garbanzo beans (drained, rinsed)
- about a 1 inch chunk of fresh peeled ginger
- 3 Tbs pumpkin
- 1/2 frozen banana (always have some for one ingredient ice cream)
- a splash of lemon juice
- a splash of olive oil
- a little brown sugar to taste (accidentally about 1 Tbs)
Initial tasting actually pretty lemony, so I decided to shake a little brown sugar in instead of measuring (smart move). Just have to see how well it's received at dinner.
